ADD/ADHD Counseling

Your mind is racing 100 miles per hour. You need your mind to slow down, so that you can focus. You easily get distracted and have difficulty concentrating. You start tasks, but do not finish them. You are forgetful and lose items. You have difficulty organizing your time and items in your physical environment. You also might experience hyperactivity and impulsivity symptoms, such as fidgeting, talking excessively, interrupting other people, and restlessness.
